Why do we have to have at least two or more trading systems?

Print PDF

For the serious investor and trader it would be wise to have at least two trading platforms of different caliber plus one voice box directly linked to the dealing network. There are many applications that can be made while having these systems in place specially if the amount of Investment funds are substantial. No two trading systems are alike, one may have a lot more contributory banks than the other making price comparisons differ from each other. The Thomson-Reuters dealing system is the gold standard in Foreign Exchange even to this day of electronic trading. Although, having these systems also does not assure the investor that winning trades will be made, but a high probability is greater than the possibility. The irony of the matter is, that if you try to give a stick to an ordinary person it may not serve him well. But try to give the same stick to a martial arts expert and see what he can do with it!
